CMS (HK) is formerly known as U.B. Securities Limited which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Union Bank of Hong Kong - the then subsidiary of the China Merchants Group. CMS (HK) has been directly held by China Merchants Finance Holdings Company Limited since 30 June 2000 and changed to its present name afterwards. The Company was moved to the present location on 1 January 2001 to mark the determination of further business development.
