 Dr.
Fu is a Director and the President of the China Merchants
Group. He is the Chairman of China Merchants Holdings
(International) Company Limited (Code: 144),China Merchants
China Direct Investment Company Limited (Code:133), Board's
Executive Committee of China Merchants Bank and Shenzhen
Chiwan Petroleum Supply Base Company Limited. Dr. Fu is
also the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises
Association, an Executive Director of the Hong Kong Management
Association and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce,
a Director of Hong Kong Port and Maritime Board, and an
Independent Director of Jurong Port Pte Ltd. in Singapore.
Dr Fu graduated from Dalian Institute of Technology in
the PRC with a Bachelor Degree in Port and Watering Engineering
and Master Degree in Ocean Dynamic Engineering, and then
obtained a Doctorate Degree and Post-Doctorate in Engineering
from Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Fu once served as the President and General Manager
of China Nanshan Development (Group) Incorporation, the
Managing Director of Shenzhen Chiwan Petroleum Supply
Base Company Limited, the President of Chiwan Wharf Holdings
Limited and an independent non-executive director of Wah
Kwong Shipping Holdings Limited.

 Mr.
Hong Xiaoyuan is the Managing Director of China Merchants
Finance Holdings Co. Ltd. He is also a Director of China
Merchants Bank Co. Ltd., China Merchants Securities
Co. Ltd., China Merchants China Direct Investments Ltd.
and China Merchants Energy Shipping Co. Ltd., and also
the Chairman of China Merchants China Investment Management
Ltd., Houlder Insurance Brokers Far East Ltd., China
Merchants Insurance Co. Ltd., China Merchants Finance
Investment Holdings Co. Ltd., Houlder China Insurance
Brokers Ltd. and China Merchants Holdings (UK) Ltd..
Mr. Hong graduated from Peking University with a master
degree in Economics and holds a master of science degree
awarded by The Australian National University.
Mr. Hong has previously served as an Officer of Department
of Overall Planning of the State Commission for Restructuring
Economic System of China, the General Manager of Shenzhen
Longfan Enterprise Co. Ltd., a Director of China Merchants
Property Development Co. Ltd., the Assistant General
Manager of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Co.
Ltd., the Managing Director of China Merchants Property
Development Co. Ltd. and China Merchants Technology
Holdings Co. Ltd., and the Deputy General Manager of
China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Co. Ltd..
